By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any service with YTM Tour & Travels (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

YTM Tour & Travels provides Hajj & Umrah travel arrangements, which may include flights, visa processing, accommodation, meals, ground transport, guided ziyarats, and related services. The specific inclusions of any package will be confirmed at the time of booking.

All services are subject to availability and to the rules and regulations of the relevant authorities, airlines, and service providers.

A booking is confirmed only once the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by us. Full payment must be completed within the timeframe communicated to you for each package.

Prices are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, airline fare revisions, and changes in government or Saudi authority charges, until the booking is fully confirmed.

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, and other required documents are valid and accurate. While we assist with visa processing and documentation, the final approval of any visa rests solely with the issuing authorities.

We are not liable for any loss arising from incomplete, incorrect, or invalid travel documents provided by the traveller.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, visa authorities, and other service providers, as well as any administrative charges.

Certain components such as visa fees and confirmed airline tickets may be non-refundable. The applicable cancellation terms will be shared with you at the time of booking.

In rare circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel arrangements due to events beyond our control, including changes in regulations by Saudi authorities, natural events, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.

YTM Tour & Travels acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by these third parties or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Travellers are expected to comply with all applicable laws, the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the guidance of our representatives throughout the journey. We reserve the right to decline service in cases of behaviour that endangers the safety or wellbeing of others.
